In this role, you will be the voice of our company for our Nordic-speaking clients, providing exceptional support through various communication channels including phone, email, and live chat. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high-level client satisfaction experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding support to Nordic-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
- Address inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Document client interactions accurately to maintain thorough records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality and tackle complex client needs.
- Stay updated on product offerings and best practices to effectively support clients.
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized assistance.
Requirements
- Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and English (both written and spoken).
- Experience in a customer service or client support role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented with effective organizational skills.
- Familiarity with customer support tools or CRM software is a plus.
- A team-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece (relocation assistance provided).
- A positive attitude with a desire to grow and learn in a new environment.
