Key Responsibilities
- Offer exceptional assistance to Nordic-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve inquiries and provide solutions promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Document all client interactions accurately within the support system.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance overall service delivery.
- Keep up-to-date with product information and internal processes to better assist clients.
- Engage with clients proactively to understand their needs and provide personalized support.
Requirements
- Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish) and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capable of problem-solving with a proactive mindset.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Familiarity with customer support tools or CRM systems is a plus.
- Team player with a collaborative spirit.
- Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece (relocation costs covered by the company).
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
