Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding support to clients in a Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
  • Address and resolve client inquiries promptly and accurately to maximize satisfaction.
  • Document all client interactions and service requests systematically in the support database.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tackle complex issues and enhance service quality.
  • Stay informed about product changes and company policies to provide informed assistance.
  • Engage proactively with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored support solutions.

Requirements

  • Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and English (written and spoken).
  • Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with customer support software or CRM systems is a bonus.
  • A team player with a proactive and adaptable approach.
  • Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece (relocation costs covered by the company).
