Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding support to clients in a Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
- Address and resolve client inquiries promptly and accurately to maximize satisfaction.
- Document all client interactions and service requests systematically in the support database.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tackle complex issues and enhance service quality.
- Stay informed about product changes and company policies to provide informed assistance.
- Engage proactively with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored support solutions.
Requirements
- Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and English (written and spoken).
- Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with customer support software or CRM systems is a bonus.
- A team player with a proactive and adaptable approach.
- Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece (relocation costs covered by the company).
