Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer service to Danish-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
- Answer inquiries, resolve issues, and assist with product information.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the company’s CRM system.
- Work collaboratively with coworkers to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
- Stay updated on products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information.
- Contribute to team goals and participate in training sessions for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Fluency in Danish and English (both spoken and written).
- Prior experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Familiarity with customer service software is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, with relocation expenses covered.
