Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer support to Spanish-speaking clients across various platforms, including phone, email, and live chat.
  • Proactively address customer inquiries, providing accurate information and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions for quality assurance purposes.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
  • Update product knowledge regularly to provide the best service possible.
  • Identify trends in customer feedback and communicate them to management for service improvement.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continually enhance your skills.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English (both written and verbal).
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related role is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A high level of empathy and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools is a plus.
  • Prepared to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new lifestyle by mid-November.
