Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding transportation services, including bookings and travel itineraries.
  • Efficiently resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure satisfaction.
  • Educate customers on available services and guide them in making informed decisions.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions for service tracking and improvement.
  • Work collaboratively with your team to enhance service delivery and customer experience.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Polish (both spoken and written) is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
  • Interest in the transportation industry is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with customer service software is desirable.
