This role allows you to work from anywhere in Greece, providing flexible hours while assisting customers with their travel-related inquiries. Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat from your home office.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding transportation services, including bookings, schedules, and cancellations.
  • Efficiently resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure a pleasant experience.
  • Educate customers about available services and guide them in making informed decisions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions for tracking and improvement purposes.
  • Collaborate with your team to continuously enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Norwegian (both spoken and written) is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • Interest in the transportation industry is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and tools is a plus.
