Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat communications.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to banking services and account management.
  • Effectively address and resolve customer complaints ensuring satisfaction.
  • Educate customers about available banking products and service options.
  • Document all customer interactions in the CRM system accurately.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer experiences.
  • Stay knowledgeable about banking regulations and product offerings to assist customers efficiently.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Norwegian (both spoken and written) is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the banking industry, is advantageous.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Knowledge of banking products and services is a plus.
  • Access to a reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace while working remotely.
