Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Assist customers with questions regarding luxury jewellery, including product information, orders, and returns.
  • Handle customer complaints with patience and professionalism to ensure satisfaction.
  • Offer personalized recommendations based on customer preferences and needs.
  • Document customer interactions accurately for quality assurance and service improvement.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain high service standards and enhance customer experience.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Polish (both spoken and written) is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in luxury customer service or retail is highly desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a dedication to customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a remote environment.
