Requirements

  • Fluent in Norwegian (both spoken and written) is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in a customer service role, preferably within the financial sector, is an advantage.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Basic knowledge of financial products and services is desirable.
