Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to products, services, orders, and account management.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback for future reference and service improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address complex inquiries and improve support processes.
  • Stay updated on products and services to deliver accurate information to customers.
  • Meet performance targets related to customer satisfaction and response times.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a remote setting.
