  • Document all customer interactions for quality assurance and follow-up purposes.
  • Assist in improving customer satisfaction and service delivery processes.

Requirements

  • Fluent in German (both spoken and written); proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Prior experience in customer service or related roles is preferred.
