Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding technical support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of consumer technology issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide clear and detailed instructions to guide customers through the resolution process.
  • Document customer interactions and solutions in the support system accurately.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and share best practices.
  • Identify common customer issues and escalate them when necessary to improve support quality.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is essential, along with good English proficiency.
  • Experience in technical support or a related IT role is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Able to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining motivation.
  • Familiarity with customer support software or CRM tools is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time effectively.
