Responsibilities

  • Efficiently resolve customer complaints and provide effective solutions.
  • Educate customers on available services and guide them in making informed travel decisions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions for service quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with team members to continuously improve service delivery.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
