Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer service through phone, email, and chat communications.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding flights, bookings, and travel policies.
  • Handle customer complaints efficiently and maintain a high level of professionalism.
  • Guide passengers through airline processes and procedures to enhance their travel experience.
  • Deliver accurate information about the airline's services, promotions, and policies.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using the customer management system.
  • Collaborate with team members to continually improve service quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the travel or aviation sector, is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a focus on achieving customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a remote team environment.
  • Understanding of airline procedures and basic travel regulations is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and customer relationship management software.
