Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to emergency roadside assistance calls with empathy.
  • Communicate clearly in Polish, offering guidance and solutions to customers.
  • Collaborate with local service providers to expedite assistance for clients.
  • Document every interaction and resolution accurately in the system.
  • Maintain professionalism and composure under pressure during emergencies.
  • Contribute to team discussions for improving service quality and customer experience.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Polish (spoken and written) is essential.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service or emergency assistance is an advantage.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Experience with remote work environments is a plus.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
