Onboarding Specialist

We are seeking an enthusiastic Onboarding Specialist to join our small but mighty team.
Requirements
- At least one year experience in a similar role in the iGaming industry;
- Fluent in English (at least C1 if not a native speaker);
- Portuguese and/or Spanish is a plus;
- A good working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and presentation skills;
- A basic understanding of Jira or similar system.
You will have
- Great attention to detail;
- An analytical mindset;
- A logical and methodical approach to working;
- Exceptional communication skills in both written and verbal representation - the role will require communication with internal teams, and external customers;
- Ability to meet the discussed deadlines;
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills;
- Self-motivation and initiative;
- A desire to learn and grow in the role.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth integration processes for new clients;
- Assist in onboarding new clients, providing guidance and support to bridge the gap between Sales, Integration and Account Management Teams;
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, facilitating communication and addressing any issues that may arise during the onboarding process.
You will work closely with
- Our Legal Team;
- Our Sales and Account management team;
- Our Integration Team;
- This role will be line managed by our Head of Sales.
