What You’ll Do

As a Tech Talent Partner, you’ll play a pivotal role in:

  • Sourcing Excellence: Using innovative techniques to identify and engage exceptional tech talent.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partnering closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver tailored solutions.

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Driving end-to-end hiring processes, from sourcing to onboarding, for global clients.

  • AI & Innovation: Leveraging the latest tools and technologies to streamline and enhance the recruitment process.

  • Building Relationships: Creating meaningful connections with candidates and ensuring an outstanding experience throughout.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate has:

  • Experience: 1.5–4 years in recruitment or a related role. We value proactive, goal-oriented attitudes over specific industry experience.

  • Mindset: A passion for learning, innovating, and challenging traditional methods of hiring.

  • Skills: Strong communication, sourcing expertise, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Tools: Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., Ashby) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).

  • Collaboration: A knack for partnering with stakeholders and thriving in a team-oriented setting.
