Sourcing Excellence: Using innovative techniques to identify and engage exceptional tech talent.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partnering closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Driving end-to-end hiring processes, from sourcing to onboarding, for global clients.
AI & Innovation: Leveraging the latest tools and technologies to streamline and enhance the recruitment process.
Building Relationships: Creating meaningful connections with candidates and ensuring an outstanding experience throughout.
The ideal candidate has:
Experience: 1.5–4 years in recruitment or a related role. We value proactive, goal-oriented attitudes over specific industry experience.
Mindset: A passion for learning, innovating, and challenging traditional methods of hiring.
Skills: Strong communication, sourcing expertise, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Tools: Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., Ashby) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
