Clinical Talent Acquisition Partner

We are seeking a Clinical Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about our vision of expanding access to quality psychiatric and mental healthcare. In this role, your goal will be to recruit Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners and Therapists, while managing the lifecycle of the attraction and selection process.

You will:

    • Help to develop, implement, and execute recruiting programs and sourcing strategies to fill openings and help build a healthy pipeline of qualified PMHNP and therapist candidates.
    • Recruit passive and active candidates from job boards, the internal applicant tracking system, internet, social media, target companies, and networking groups.
    • Effectively coordinate and execute marketing campaigns to prospective candidates including initiating email blasts and other online medias.
    • Articulate our brand, business mission and core values in ways that resonate with each candidate.
    • Manage recruiting process for your own PMHNP and therapist candidates.
    • Exhibit at conferences to enhance brand recognition and pipeline of candidates.
    • Be an excellent communicator, able to explain the tasks required of the clinician during the onboarding process and the reason we ask the clinician to complete them.
    • Essential to be organized, detail oriented and values systems.  You fully understand the recruitment process, onboarding plan, associated timeline, and the dependencies between tasks. 
    • You act with a sense of urgency and update tracking tools and systems as requested.
    • Complete special projects as assigned.

You have:

    • Minimum of 3 years in a healthcare sourcer, or recruiter role, preferably in Mental Health
    • People-focused and proactive with excellent follow-up and a sense of urgency
    • Experience with accurately maintaining applicant tracking systems
    • Excellent computer skills, including thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office, databases, and advanced spreadsheet skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

$70,000 - $85,000 a year
Base compensation range for this position is $70,000 to $85,000, depending on experience plus quarterly production incentives; actual compensation will be dependent upon the specific role, location, as well as the individual’s qualifications, experience, skills and certifications.
