Your Role at MediaLab
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in supporting and driving sales and revenue growth for Worldstar Hip Hop, a part of the MediaLab portfolio of consumer internet brands. Your primary focus will be on managing inbound sales requests from a diverse range of clients, streamlining internal and external workflows for campaigns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business and growing repeat customers by managing client accounts and working closely with the WSHH sales, content, and social teams to enhance efficiency, increase volume, and improve overall operations. Additionally, you will provide support to the External Sales Representative and finance teams as needed to contribute to the team's success.
