Our client is seeking an experienced and results-driven Account Executive (Remote) to join their growing global team. This is a unique opportunity to play a crucial role in the company's expansion and drive business growth in the North American market.
Manage the full sales cycle (from prospecting to closing), focusing on new logo generation in the SMB/Startups segment
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed agreed-upon sales targets
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach
Conduct sales demos, presentations, and virtual meetings to educate prospects about our client's services
Collaborate with the recruiting team to understand clients' hiring needs and provide tailored IT recruitment solutions
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals
Utilize CRM and sales tools to manage pipeline and track performance
Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team
At least 3 years of full-cycle sales experience in the IT Staffing/IT Recruiting industry
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
In-depth knowledge of the IT and software development industry, including roles, technologies, and recruitment processes
Ideally, an existing book of business with hiring managers (CTO/CIO/HRD)
Proficiency in using CRM, sales tools, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Results-driven and goal-oriented mindset
Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment

Develop a strong pipeline, generating at least 10 job orders per quarter
Collaborate effectively with the recruiting team to provide tailored solutions
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and identify new sales opportunities

Employment type: full-time
Base compensation: $90,000 - $120,000 per year (negotiable based on experience)
OTE (on-target earnings): $160,000 - $240,000 per year with uncapped commission, paid monthly (negotiable based on experience)
