We are a dynamic media company specializing in real estate video content. Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality videos that showcase properties in an engaging and professional manner. We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Outsource Video Editor to join our post-production team. 

This role will support the Post Production Managers in delivering
a consistent stream of polished real estate videos, ensuring that all projects meet our high standards.

This is a remote work opportunity. 

Position Overview:
As an Outsource Video Editor, you will be responsible for editing 2-5 real estate videos per day.
You will work under the direction of the Post Production Managers to ensure the timely and efficient completion of all assigned projects. Your role will involve reviewing and editing video footage, applying color grading, and ensuring that all projects are ready for final delivery with a keen eye for quality control.

Key Responsibilities

    • Edit 2-5 real estate videos daily, ensuring timely and high-quality output
    • Collaborate with the Post Production Managers to understand project needs and timelines
    • Edit and assemble video footage, including speed ramps, transitions, and social media-friendly content
    • Ensure that all videos meet project specifications, client expectations, and company standards
    • Apply strong color grading techniques to enhance video quality
    • Perform quality checks on all edited videos, ensuring proper formatting, resolution, and visual consistency
    • Monitor assigned projects throughout the editing process to ensure they are completed on time
    • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to editing software or video files
    • Maintain organized files and project documentation for easy access and future reference

Desired Skills & Qualifications

    • Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Da Vinci Resolve, and Adobe After Effects
    • Strong understanding of color grading techniques with Da Vinci Resolve or other grading software
    • Experience in editing real estate videos or similar content is a plus
    • Familiarity with social media video formats and requirements (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
    • Solid understanding of video editing principles such as speed ramps, cuts, transitions, and pacing
    • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering polished, high-quality work
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, particularly with remote teams
    • A portfolio or samples of previous video editing work (preferably real estate videos) is required

Additional Notes

    • Applicants must have access to necessary software, fast internet connection and proper equipment to complete editing tasks.
    • We are looking for someone who can start immediately and is available as an hourly contractor.
$5 - $7 an hour
