Vice President, Portfolio Leader - Google

What you’ll be doing:

Reporting to the CEO with additional responsibilities to the Google Executive Sponsor, the Google Practice Leader will be responsible for leading and growing TTEC Digital’s Google-related business and partnership which is comprised of over 50 Google trained, certified and dedicated team members supporting our Google business. As the Practice Lead you will play a pivotal role in cultivating the relationship with Google aimed at building a solid foundation for collaboration, joint initiatives, shared resources, and deep integration of efforts between the two partners. You'll make an impact through leveraging your relationships to drive bookings and revenue, extensive understanding of the Google ecosystem, involvement in successful project delivery, and ability to manage and influence TTEC Digital’s broader team and technology partnerships.  As the Google Practice Leader you will play a pivotal role in shaping our Google business, managing client relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of the projects. 

Typical day will include:

Practice Development and Partnership Management
•You will be driving the overall strategic go-to-market (“GTM”) narrative and ensure sales coverage model with your Google sellers etc. 
•Nurture a strong and enduring relationship with Google, fostering collaboration, mutual growth, and shared success, across the commercial and public sector markets
•Lead and mentor a team of consultants and developers within the business
•Create well-defined, end to end solutions leveraging TTEC & TTEC Digital's diverse capabilities, technology partnerships and global footprint 
•Drive the development of innovative solutions and best practices
•Manage and identify opportunities to develop TTEC built software and intellectual property, crafting compelling narratives to drive a “sell with Google” motion, including productizing TTEC offerings to put on the Google Marketplace
•Stay abreast of industry trends and Google updates to ensure the practice remains cutting-edge
•Nurture relationships with existing clients to maximize upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Hold executive briefings with Google leadership and manage the overall partnership, facilitating executive and working level alignment and support for the joint TTEC and Google partnership

Client Engagement
•Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business needs and challenges
•Provide expert advice, solutioning, and sales guidance on Google solutions, ensuring client satisfaction
•Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
 
P&L Management
•Take ownership of the practice's financial performance, including revenue and profitability (i.e., manage like a business owner)
•Implement cost-effective strategies to optimize utilization and profitability

What you bring to the role
 
•12+ years in technical consulting professional services 
•Experienced in consulting practice development, business solution development, P&L responsibility, budgeting & forecasting, business unit operations, solution sales, partner development, and strategic marketing
•In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Google and/or customer experience technology platforms (e.g., CCaaS, CRM, AI, analytics, etc.)
•Proven ability to initiate, develop and grow C-level and senior relationships within Google and target client organizations influencing purchase and buying decisions
•Ability to develop and conduct effective proposals and presentations with decision makers
•Evidence of prior, consistent success exceeding or meeting targets for multi-year, multi-million dollar deals

$250,000 - $275,000 a year

This position is eligible to participate in an annual incentive program. Actual compensation offers to a candidate may vary based upon geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill levels.
