Here are some key job responsibilities:

Team leadership: Managing a team of technical professionals, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.

Project management: Overseeing technical projects from conception to completion, ensuring they meet deadlines and quality standards.

Strategic planning: Developing and implementing technical strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Technical expertise: Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant technologies and industry trends.

Problem-solving: Addressing complex technical issues and providing solutions.

Resource allocation: Managing budgets and allocating resources effectively across projects and teams.

Stakeholder communication: Liaising between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, including clients and upper management.

Quality assurance: Implementing and maintaining quality control processes for technical outputs.

Risk management: Identifying and mitigating technical risks in projects and operations.

Innovation: Encouraging and facilitating innovation within the team and organization.

Vendor management: Overseeing relationships with external vendors and service providers.

Compliance: Ensuring adherence to industry standards, regulations, and best practices.

Continuous improvement: Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing changes.

Mentorship: Providing guidance and support to team members for their professional development.

Cross-functional collaboration: Working with other departments to ensure alignment of technical initiatives with overall business objectives.
