Sr. Marketing Project Manager

The Sr. Marketing Project Manager will manage medium to large cross-functional projects and campaigns across client-facing and brand marketing initiatives. This role requires a detail-oriented, proactive professional who excels in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. They will drive integrated project plans involving Partner Marketing, Growth, and Creative teams, with a focus on managing creative projects and deliverables. A strong understanding of creative workflows and a systems-oriented mindset are essential to help streamline operations and scale execution. This role will also support the team’s transition into a more scalable, systems-based workflow, playing a key role in our Asana-based work management rollout.

Responsibilities:

    • Lead end-to-end project management for integrated marketing initiatives, with a focus on creative execution within broader campaign plans
    • Manage intake and scoping of new project requests, aligning creative resources with project needs and timelines
    • Build and maintain cross-functional project timelines, status trackers, and delivery schedules using Asana
    • Facilitate communication and coordination between Creative, Partner Marketing, and Growth teams
    • Ensure stakeholder expectations are clearly aligned and met throughout the project lifecycle
    • Identify and escalate risks, bottlenecks, or resource conflicts proactively
    • Partner with marketing leadership to scope, plan, and prioritize projects that align with business objectives
    • Act as the central point of contact for cross-functional marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment and accountability across teams.
    • Contribute to the development and documentation of scalable creative workflows and standard operating procedures
    • Support change management efforts related to tools, systems, and team process adoption

Qualifications:

    • 5-7 years of experience in project management, preferably in creative operations, marketing, or in-house agency environments
    • Proven experience managing creative deliverables within larger, cross-functional marketing campaigns
    • Strong knowledge of creative workflows, including design, copywriting, production, and review cycles
    • Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders across marketing functions (e.g., channel, strategy, brand)
    • Proficiency with Asana or similar project management tools
    • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-changing environment
    • Familiarity with intake systems and traffic coordination models
    • Experience supporting marketing campaign frameworks and asset roadmaps
    • Comfort working in organizations undergoing workflow or tooling transitions
    • Experience in healthcare, tech, or highly regulated industries a plus (not required)
    • PMP or equivalent project management certification (not required)

Physical/Cognitive Requirements:

    • Prompt and regular attendance at assigned work location.
    • Ability to remain seated in a stationary position for prolonged periods.
    • Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate keyboard, computer and other office-related equipment.
    • No heavy lifting is expected, though occasional exertion of about 20 lbs. of force (e.g., lifting a computer / laptop) may be required.
    • Ability to interact with leadership, employees, and members in an appropriate manner.
The United States new hire base salary target ranges for this full-time position are:

Zone A: $120,050.00 - $156,070.00 + equity + benefits  
Zone B: $132,055.00 - $171,677.00 + equity + benefits  
Zone C: $144,060.00 - $187,284.00 + equity + benefits  
Zone D: $156,065.00 - $202,891.00 + equity + benefits

Starting base salary for the successful candidate will depend on several job-related factors, unique to each candidate, which may include, but not limited to, education; training; skill set; years and depth of experience; certifications and licensure; business needs; internal peer equity; organizational considerations; and alignment with geographic and market data. Compensation structures and ranges are tailored to each zone's unique market conditions to ensure that all employees receive fair and competitive compensation based on their roles and locations.
