Senior Technical Recruiter

Beacon Biosignals is on a mission to accelerate research and development for neurobiomarker discovery to power novel therapies for sleep disorders, neurologic conditions, and psychiatric disease.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to support our growth trajectory next year and onward. Reporting to the Senior Director of People & Talent, this role will be the first full capacity recruiting hire at Beacon and will be instrumental in ensuring we continue to bring on the highest caliber talent across the organization, even through a time of more rapid expansion. Your role will involve developing and executing comprehensive tech recruiting strategies to meet our ambitious hiring goals. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for mission-critical positions, ensuring a seamless and efficient recruitment process.

What success looks like:

    • Understand Beacon’s objectives and challenges and use that information to attract quality candidates.
    • Manage a full requisition load, including sourcing, screening, and managing offers.
    • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to develop innovative solutions for hiring needs.
    • Form strong relationships and partner with hiring managers to achieve hiring targets.
    • Be accountable for a top notch candidate experience across all levels and for all roles.
    • Support progress against recruitment metrics and KPIs and help identify areas to improve recruitment effectiveness.
    • Develop and help implement employer branding strategies to attract top tech talent.
    • Act as a subject matter expert tech talent, identifying and participating in events, partnerships, and other initiatives to discover new candidate channels.
    • Bring your network to Beacon, ensuring our roles are in front of the right people at the right time.

What you will bring:

    • 6+ years of full cycle in-house recruiting experience in the tech industry in a startup environment.
    • A track record of supporting and continuously working towards a best in class candidate experience. 
    • A track record of closing roles against an established set of metrics and KPIs. 
    • Experience filling roles at all levels, from senior engineers to management.
    • Experience being a true business partner, advising hiring managers across all job levels.
    • Proven ability to build strong relationships with both hiring managers and candidates.
    • Strong project management skills. 
    • A data-oriented approach to recruitment, with the ability to analyze and leverage data to improve talent processes.
    • A passion for continuously seeking innovative methods to attract top talent.
$130,000 - $160,000 a year
The base salary range for this role is determined based on past experience, specific skills and qualifications. The base salary is one component of the total compensation package, which includes equity, PTO and other benefits.
