We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to support our growth trajectory next year and onward. Reporting to the Senior Director of People & Talent, this role will be the first full capacity recruiting hire at Beacon and will be instrumental in ensuring we continue to bring on the highest caliber talent across the organization, even through a time of more rapid expansion. Your role will involve developing and executing comprehensive tech recruiting strategies to meet our ambitious hiring goals. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for mission-critical positions, ensuring a seamless and efficient recruitment process.

$130,000 - $160,000 a year
The base salary range for this role is determined based on past experience, specific skills and qualifications. The base salary is one component of the total compensation package, which includes equity, PTO and other benefits.
