Role Overview

We're seeking an innovative Senior Product Manager to drive the strategic evolution of our global workforce platform. In this role, you'll be the critical bridge between cutting-edge technology and transformative workforce solutions, shaping products that empower businesses to hire, pay, and manage global teams seamlessly.

What You'll Accomplish

  • Architect the full product lifecycle for our EOR SaaS product ecosystem, driving its evolution from a strong foundation to an industry-defining solution with significant scale opportunities
  • Create and maintain a dynamic, data-driven product roadmap that balances short-term wins with long-term vision
  • Deeply understand our customers' pain points in global workforce management through continuous research, customer interviews, and data analysis
  • Drive product decisions through rigorous metrics, user feedback, and market insights
  • Facilitate seamless communication across teams, ensuring alignment on product goals and execution
  • Continuously monitor global EOR market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure product growth, user satisfaction, and market penetration

What We're Looking For

Experience and Expertise

  • 8+ years of product management experience, with experience in FinTech, HR Tech, or global workforce platforms considered a plus
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling SaaS products
  • Bonus: Deep understanding of international employment ecosystems, payroll technologies, and cross-border workforce management
  • Strong analytical capabilities with experience in data-driven product decision-making
  • Technical acumen to communicate effectively with engineering teams and understand complex system architectures
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and adapt quickly in a high-growth startup setting
  • Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., Jira, Productboard, Figma)

Educational Background

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field, but exceptional experience can substitute
