About the role: 

Are you ready to take full ownership of a new service offering and drive its commercial and operational success? As a Senior Business Operations Manager (m/f/d), you will be at the forefront of launching and scaling this new service, ensuring its strategic growth and operational excellence. This is a unique opportunity to work cross-functionally, optimize commercial and operational performance, and make data-driven decisions that will shape the future of our offering. 

About your tasks: 

• Drive commercial performance by creating sales strategies, managing budgets, revenue forecasts, and cost optimization opportunities. 

• Act as the key stakeholder contact, facilitate workshops, meetings and cross-departmental discussions to ensure clear communication and alignment between teams like marketing, sales, finance, and legal. 

• Optimize operational processes, designing workflows that enhance service delivery, commercial impact and scalability. 

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data insights to make strategic improvements & decisions 

• Ensure compliance and risk management, proactively addressing challenges and ensuring adherence to legal, regulatory and organizational standards. 

About you: 

• You have at least 3 years of experience in business operations and commercial management, ideally in fast-paced environments like startups or consultancies. 

• Experience in the German healthcare system 

• You have a background in launching and scaling new services or products. 

• You are fluent in both German and English and comfortable using them as your primary working languages. 

• You have an entrepreneurial mindset, strong stakeholder management skills, Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset  and a data-driven approach to decision-making. 

• Proficiency  in analytical tools like Excel and PowerPoint to drive insights and present strategies effectively. 

•  Exceptional communication and project management skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and leadership
