Director of Sales Operations

We're seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Sales Operations to lead and optimize our Sales Operations function, driving revenue growth and operational excellence. This critical role is instrumental in scaling our sales organization. The ideal candidate is a data-driven leader with a proven track record of building high-performing teams, implementing best practices, and collaborating effectively.

What You'll Do

    • Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and execute the sales operations strategy to achieve our sales objectives. This includes forecasting, sales performance analysis, and supporting GTM activities. Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and lead initiatives to optimize sales processes and drive revenue growth.
    • Sales Process Optimization: Design, implement, and continuously improve sales processes, from lead generation to deal closing, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and alignment with best practices. Identify and eliminate bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and leverage automation to maximize sales productivity. Lead a continuous improvement methodology and support a strong culture of building greatness.
    • Sales Technology & Enablement: Oversee the implementation and technical administration of our sales technology stack (CRM, sales engagement platforms, etc.). Ensure effective training and adoption of sales tools and technologies. Develop and deliver sales enablement programs to equip the sales team with the knowledge, skills, and resources they need to succeed.
    • Data Analysis & Reporting: Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to track sales performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to sales leadership. Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, finance, and other departments to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor.

    • Technical administration: Must have technical strength and demonstrable experience in configuring and working with sales tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, and other solutions.
    • Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, both verbally and in writing. Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.

Qualifications

    • 8+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related role.
    • Deep understanding of sales methodologies and best practices.
    • Proven track record in sales process optimization and driving measurable operational improvements.
    • Expertise in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales performance tools.
    • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making and reporting.
    • A team player with a strong "can-do" mentality and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
    • Proven track record of optimizing processes and driving measurable improvements in revenue performance.

This is a full-time position in the United States with the ability to work from home, or from one of our many US offices if local.
