Job requirements


    • Responsibilities:
    • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.).
    • Ensure the team follows Agile best practices and removes roadblocks.
    • Foster collaboration and a self-managed team culture.
    • Track and report progress using Agile metrics.
    • Coach the team to continuously improve processes.
    • Skills:
    • Certified Scrum Master (CSM, SAFe, or equivalent).
    • Experience working with self-managed Agile teams.
    • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
$60 - $65 an hour
