Job Description

Project – the aim you’ll have 

You’ll be at the forefront of our expansion into the DACH market, identifying opportunities, opening doors, and shaping relationships with clients in industries like fintech, e-commerce, healthcare, and SaaS. If you understand the value of clean architecture, great UX — and know how to pitch it — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new B2B clients in the DACH region
  • Build and nurture long-term business relationships
  • Develop and implement market entry and growth strategies
  • Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams
  • Analyze market trends, competition, and new business opportunities

Position – how you’ll contribute

  • Research, identify, and engage with potential clients in the DACH region
  • Present our software development capabilities and co-create tailored solutions
  • Lead the full sales cycle: from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and closing
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners
  • Work closely with our tech leads and delivery team to scope and align on solutions
  • Attend tech events, conferences, and industry meetups

This role requires candidates to be based in Germany.

Qualifications

Expectations – the experience you need

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or business development
  • Fluent in German (C1 or above) – required
  • Proficiency in English (B2 or above)
  • Understanding of business culture and practices in the DACH region
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Experience in selling IT, SaaS, or consulting services
