At Hi Rasmus, you are not just a coach but lead from the front 🚀, actively engaging in sales activities while mentoring your team. Strong communication and time management skills are a must!
Your experience: Tech-savvy with experience using a CRM (i.e., Hubspot) is preferred. B2B sales management experience (both Inbound and Outbound sales experience preferred). Experience with sales leadership on a director level OR experience scaling an early-stage sales team from the ground up.
