Recruitment Marketing Manager

The Recruitment Marketing Manager is on the front lines of these efforts and reports directly to the Director of Demand Generation. 

In this role, the Recruitment Marketing Manager will work cross-functionally with marketing teams to drive MSP brand awareness efforts through multiple channels including digital advertising, SEM, paid social, promoted content and more. The Recruitment Marketing Manager will collaborate with product and partner marketing to ensure messaging and deliverables align to the needs of the recruitment focused marketing channels. They will coordinate with the demand generation and marketing operations teams to ensure that centralized programs are running and up-to-date, as well as collecting key metrics and reporting needs from channel owners. They will also regularly align with the global field marketing team to ensure consistency in messaging, delivery and follow-up. 

The Recruitment Marketing Manager will coordinate and connect regularly with our global Field Marketing Managers to support regional partner recruitment efforts. This is a constant collaboration align the priorities and targets of the Partner Ecosystem Growth team with the expertise and direct contact of the regional teams. Support in this area can include but is not limited it, aligning on regional event goals, invites and follow-up, driving key partner messaging through regional media networks and channels, and coordinating the alignment between regional sales and Channel Development Reps.
 
The Recruitment Marketing Manager will also work closely with sales and our dedicated Partner Ecosystem Growth team to drive buy-in with key prospects through an account-based experience motion. This role will regularly meet directly with Channel Development Managers and sales leadership to review and sync on target account lists to ensure complete coordination on sales and marketing efforts to engage with these accounts. The Recruitment Marketing Manager will also drive ABX efforts including 1:1 or 1:few personalized landing page creation, direct mail campaigns and outreach sequences to assist in prospecting. 

Project management will be a key skill set for this role to ensure that campaigns, programs and cross-functional initiatives are planned, executed and follow-up with in a timely and appropriate manner. The Recruitment Marketing Manager must be able to develop the timeline and workback schedule for a program, assign key activities to the appropriate functions, regularly check-in on timelines and quickly escalate when deadlines are missed. 

The Recruitment Marketing Manager is part of the Demand Generation and Revenue Marketing team which is a cross-functional, tightly aligned team including sales enablement, demand generation, marketing operations and global business development. 

Within one month, you will….

    • Get the lay of the land in terms of MSP brand awareness and centralized recruitment demand generation activities 
    • Engage with key stakeholders from cross-functional teams including product marketing, channel marketing, demand generation, sales enablement and channel recruitment sales teams 
    • Dive into established ABX processes and tools, including 6sense, Folloze and Reachdesk

Within three months, you will ….

    • Begin working with partner ecosystem growth sales team on their target account lists and lead regular account review sessions
    • Assume responsibility for MSP brand awareness strategy and work with cross-functional teams to drive programs and review performance reporting 
    • Launch your first personalized landing page experience for a set of target accounts 
    • Actively engage with field marketing team on regional recruitment activities, including events, webinars and media 

Within six months, you will…

    • Participate in a senior marketing leadership read-out on MSP brand awareness performance and review recommendations for optimization
    • Launch full v1 of personalized target account landing pages program across all key partner ecosystem growth regions
    • Lead first target account list review with sales leadership to provide insights into the overall strategy and required changes to the list for H2 success 
Compensation

The base salary range for this position is $110,000 - $140,000 USD, exclusive of benefits. This position is also eligible for a bonus of 5% of the base salary. Your base salary compensation will be based on your individual skills, education, and experience. Please keep in mind that the above range is the full base salary range for this role; hiring at the maximum of the range is not typical in order to allow for future salary growth.
