Position Overview:
As a Recruiter at Qualee, you’ll be at the forefront of building our dynamic team by identifying, engaging, and securing top talent. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and leadership to design and implement sourcing strategies that align with our company’s culture, values, and business goals. Your role will ensure we attract diverse candidates and create a smooth and positive hiring experience from application through onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing & Acquisition: Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, including creating job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the offer process.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and design proactive hiring strategies.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a smooth recruitment process by providing timely updates and feedback to candidates, promoting a positive employer brand.
  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet future hiring demands across all functions.
  • Recruitment Analytics: Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to optimize hiring practices and identify improvement areas.
  • Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DEI): Implement sourcing strategies that promote diverse hiring, ensuring alignment with our DEI goals.
  • Onboarding Support: Collaborate with the HR team to ensure new hires have a seamless onboarding experience, fostering early engagement.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist, ideally within a tech, fast-paced, or global environment.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, sourcing tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools; familiarity with AI-based recruitment tools is a plus.
  • Passion for DEI initiatives with a focus on creating an inclusive and welcoming candidate experience.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in remote or hybrid environments.
