GitLab is hiring a Recruiter for a 5-6 month contract to support hiring efforts across Business Technology, Finance, and Marketing. Recruiters at GitLab create a positive experience for candidates and hiring teams throughout the recruiting process. They are key contributors to identifying opportunities within GitLab’s hiring processes, typically focus on work within the scope of their immediate team, and act on strategic decisions to influence achievement of goals within their team. In this role, you will typically hold anywhere from 8 to 15 requisitions per quarter, dependent on the complexity of roles, and focus on pipeline building and foundational excellence. In this role, you will report to the Manager, Talent Acquisition (G&A and Marketing).
Due to the locations we're hiring in for the majority of these roles, the ideal candidate will be located in EMEA.
