Position Overview

Dealfront is seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our team and to lead on the development and optimisation of our User Lifecycle and Data Analytics initiatives.

As part of your role, you will be responsible for understanding, managing, and enhancing the entire user journey, from onboarding and activation to conversion, retention and expansion. You will also be responsible for our internal data analytics initiatives, the data warehouse, the connections and data flows between internal and external systems, and the self service interface for reporting.

You will collaborate cross-functionally with teams across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales to ensure our users have an exceptional experience that drives long-term engagement and value.

Responsibilities

  • Define the product vision and strategy for user lifecycle and data analytics initiatives, translating high-level goals into detailed feature roadmaps that drive user growth, engagement, retention, and revenue.
  • Identify opportunities to optimise user onboarding, activation, engagement, conversion, retention, and expansion. Implement features that personalise user experiences and improve the overall customer journey.
  • Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to incorporate advanced analytics into product features. Ensure that internal teams have access to actionable insights, dashboards, and reports that drive business outcomes.
  • Gather feedback from customers through surveys, interviews, and usability tests.
  • Leverage data and analytics to identify trends, user behaviours, and areas for improvement across the user lifecycle.
  • Define and prioritise the product roadmap for user lifecycle features and enhancements. Balance long-term vision with short-term execution, ensuring the roadmap aligns with business objectives, promoting a culture of data-driven decision-making.
  • Design and implement onboarding experiences that help new users quickly realise value from the product.
  • Create specifications for our various data pipelines supporting marketing, sales, finance, product, data science and more.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional features or products based on user needs and behaviour.
  • Experiment and optimise transactional email flows.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven experience in managing user lifecycle and data analytic initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions. You should be able to browse and understand data on your own, and be comfortable writing fairly complex SQL queries to get your questions answered.
  • Experience with user research, A/B testing, data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI, Metabase) and analytics platforms (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics).
  • Ability to think strategically while managing the details of day-to-day execution.
  • Self-motivated, with a passion for creating user-centred products that deliver real value.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Adaptability to Change: Agile and adaptable in a fast-evolving landscape.

Benefits

  • The chance to work with a very knowledgeable, high-achieving and fun team.
  • An international, diverse, dynamic and committed work environment.
  • The opportunity to work remotely, with a flexible work schedule.
  • Mental Health support with Auntie.
  • Annual company retreats in sunny locations and team off-sites :)
