REQUIREMENTS
We're looking for People Partner who:
- Has 6+ months of experience as an HR Generalist/People Partner;
- Has a deep understanding of all stages of the Employee lifecycle (from onboarding to offboarding);
- Is able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
- Has experience working with various stakeholders, including C-level executives and challenging managers;
- Is in HR not just because you “love people and enjoy talking to them”;
- Is not afraid to go through a transformation process with the company;
- Is ready not only to support existing processes but also to revamp and improve them;
- Has strong organizational skills;
- Is ready to take initiative, quickly learn new tasks, and offer unconventional solutions;
- Think critically, analyze situations from different angles, and can adapt your approach accordingly;
- Can see projects through to completion and take responsibility for the outcome;
- Handle multitasking easily and adapt quickly to change.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As a People Partner you will be responsible for:
- Managing current and new HR projects (Onboarding & Adaptation, 1:1, Performance, 360 assessment, Retention, Risk management, Exit interviews, etc.);
- Working on employee engagement, motivation, and retention;
- Conducting regular 1:1 meetings with team members;
- Supporting and administering the internal HRM system Tallenta. The result — all employee profiles are up-to-date, vacation requests are approved on time, the organizational structure is always current, and you have ideas and suggestions for improving the internal product;
- Supporting and developing corporate culture;
- Working with analytics and reporting;
- Updating and developing policies, guides, and instructions based on business needs;
- Cross-functional collaboration with Finance and BizDev departments;
- Contributing to the support of internal and external HR branding.
