MKT - Manager

Description

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for connecting with business cooperation channels, actively expanding corporate cooperation opportunities, including but not limited to resource exchanges and project collaborations. Independently conduct cooperation negotiations and drive the implementation of partnerships to support the company's business growth.
  2. Develop and execute brand marketing strategies, plan and organize online and offline promotional activities to enhance the company's brand awareness and influence.
  3. Collaborate with other departments to integrate resources, ensuring that marketing activities align with the company's overall business objectives and improve the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
  4. Regularly collect market data, analyze market trends, provide data support for company decision-making, and promptly adjust marketing strategies as needed.

Requirements

Job Requirements:

  1. A bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, or a related discipline. Proficiency in English is required as a working language.
  2. A minimum of 3 to 5 years of pertinent experience in a marketing role, demonstrating the capability to independently manage business collaborations and brand marketing initiatives. Familiarity with cooperation models, including resource exchange, is essential.
  3. An understanding of market promotion strategies, along with strong skills in communication, coordination, and business negotiation.
  4. Proficiency in office software and fundamental data analysis skills.
  5. Experience with corporate overseas projects and related activities. Ability to thrive under work pressure, coupled with a robust team-oriented mindset and innovative thinking.
