Job Duties: Lead, build, develop and inspire a team of Product Designers to continually elevate the design direction and product quality. Partner with Product and Engineering to define the key results and identify the most impactful features to build. Build a successful, collaborative environment that encourages deep partnership with cross-functional teams and sets a high bar for design craft. Champion customer-centricity, accessibility and inclusion, and good design choices across functions. Influence product strategy and enable your team to create elegant designs that solve complex problems. Telecommuting is permitted.
Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), Human-Computer Interaction or closely related quantitative discipline and five (5) years of experience in the product design or related field , OR Bachelor’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), Human-Computer Interaction or closely related quantitative discipline and seven (7) years of progressively responsible experience in the product design or related field.
Special Skill Requirements: (1) Audience Definition and User Journey Mapping; (2) Flowcharts for Workflows; (3) Competitive Analysis; (4) Developing Principles and Ideation; (5) Wireframing; (6) Usability Testing; (7) Figma; (8) Sketch; (9) Product Strategy; (10) HTML, CSS, and JIRA; (11) Agile methodologies. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is permitted.
Salary: $229,320.00 - $320,460.00 per annum and standard company benefits.
