Manager, Demand Generation

Jupiter is seeking an experienced and highly motivated demand generation manager to develop and execute Jupiter’s demand generation, performance marketing, and account-based marketing (ABM) strategies. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll be responsible for generating top of funnel demand, increasing sales pipeline, creating, and executing marketing campaigns to engage and convert prospect audiences, and building/managing a growing market development team.

What You Will Do:

    • Drive demand generation execution including content and integrated marketing campaigns, conferences & events, and other initiatives.
    • Manage a growing marketing development team on a day-to-day basis, comprised of business development reps and supporting roles, including outbound prospecting.
    • Manage and optimize budget to generate pipeline and awareness via digital marketing and paid media.
    • Support outbound pipeline creation through campaign execution and ABM strategies.
    • Work closely with sales and market development to define and manage target accounts and territory planning/strategy.
    • Drive pipeline from prospect database through execution of engagement programs and identifying fast-moving, high intent prospects to surface to market development.
    • Generate and convert marketing qualified leads to top of funnel pipeline.
    • Own the selection, implementation and management of marketing technology, including automation, ABM, engagement, and others.
    • Play a significant role in the strategy and execution of building and managing Jupiter’s web presence with a focus on customer journey and conversion.
    • Cultivate a deep partnership with sales and sales leadership and a deep understanding of our GTM motion.
    • Continually monitor KPI and performance metrics; socialize results transparently and ensure resources are invested appropriately.

What You Bring:

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
    • Proven ability in owning campaign programs from conception through execution (this includes planning, project management, and tactical execution)
    • Excellent project management skills and strong attention to detail with the capability to work on multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
    • Outstanding proactive communication skills and ability to problem solve with minimal guidance in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented, data-driven, and team-focused environment.
    • Understanding of KPIs and campaign performance metrics across marketing channels and can communicate performance to various cross-functional teams.
    • Strong analytical background and thrives in making data-driven decisions.
    • Aptitude to hire, lead and develop a world-class demand generation / growth marketing team.

What Makes You Stand Out:

    • 6+ years of experience in demand generation, performance marketing, or digital marketing roles
    • Deep experience with Salesforce, Pardot, 6sense, and other marketing and sales tools
    • Excellent written and verbal communication.
    • Exceptional ability to collaborate with sales and other functions across the business.
    • Comfortable working with and influencing internal and external creative and design teams.
    • Experience in data, climate or risk management is preferred.
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field.
$120,000 - $160,000 a year

At Jupiter we value transparency, and have a compensation plan where your full-time salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
