What You Will Accomplish:

    • Own and execute email marketing strategy to nurture leads, engage customers, and drive conversions.
    • Develop and optimize automated workflows, lead nurturing sequences, and customer engagement strategies.
    • Manage the execution of webinars, from promotion to follow-up strategies.
    • Track and analyze email metrics to continuously optimize campaign performance.
    • Collaborate with sales, content, and product teams to align email strategies with company goals.

What We Are Looking For:

    • Proven experience in email marketing and lifecycle campaign optimization.
    • Strong ability to craft persuasive, clear, and customer-focused email copy.
    • Analytical mindset with experience using data to optimize email performance.
    • Experience with email marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot).
    • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.

You Will Thrive in This Role If You Have:

    • 3+ years of experience in email marketing or lifecycle marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS.
    • Strong written communication skills and an eye for compelling, engaging copy.
    • A data-driven approach to marketing, with a focus on KPIs like open rates and conversions.
    • Project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple campaigns at once.
    • A proactive and adaptable mindset, thriving in a fast-changing environment.
