Learning and Development Specialist

BETER is a fast-moving product company (now there are 250+ of us, and over the past six months we have grown by 150+ people).

Our main product is sports content. We create and distribute sports content based on real sports matches (we make 21k+ matches monthly) and analytical data. Our content is watched by 20+ million viewers in 150+ countries.

Our current clients are the world’s most famous trading giants.

We also write software for our needs — tools for organizing and managing tournaments, trading and streaming tools, CRM.

Now we are looking for an experienced L&D Specialist to join our professional and innovative HR team.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement learning programs that emphasize leadership, soft skills, technical competencies, and additional areas of development.
  • Evaluate organizational and individual learning needs using surveys, performance data, and stakeholder interviews.
  • Create engaging and effective training materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, handbooks, and guides.
  • Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs.
  • Manage and optimize learning platforms and tools such as LMS and knowledge bases.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to create role-specific development tracks and learning paths.
  • Assess the effectiveness of training programs by utilizing feedback, testing, and performance data.
  • Support talent development initiatives like mentoring, coaching, and career growth frameworks.
  • Stay updated on learning trends, technologies, and best practices to continually enhance L&D processes.

Requirements:

  • More than 2 years of experience in L&D, training, or talent development.
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing and delivering training programs and materials.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills, both online and in person.
  • Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and digital learning tools.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • An analytical mindset with the capacity to assess program effectiveness and learning impact.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with instructional design methodologies.
