We're seeking a GTM Recruiter who's passionate about strategic hiring processes and fostering talent development. At GrowthX, you'll collaborate with various stakeholders to streamline our recruiting processes and build a diverse team that propels our mission forward.

(This is a fully remote role. We ask for a minimum of 4 hours of overlap with U.S. Pacific Time.)

The Role: GTM Recruiter

We're seeking a GTM Recruiter to lead our recruitment efforts, working closely with hiring managers and department heads. You will develop and implement recruiting strategies that align with GrowthX’s growth objectives, ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.

Who You'll Work With

As the GTM Recruiter, you'll have access to the latest recruitment tools and technologies. You'll collaborate with:

  • Hiring Managers: To understand role requirements and refine job descriptions.
  • HR Team: To ensure a seamless onboarding process.
  • Marketing Team: To promote GrowthX as an employer of choice through branding initiatives.

Day-to-Day Expectations

Here's how you can expect to spend your time each week:

50% – Candidate Sourcing: Identify, engage, and attract top talent through various channels and platforms.
25% – Interview Coordination: Manage interview schedules and ensure a positive candidate experience.
15% – Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with hiring managers to define role requirements and recruitment strategies.
5% – Offer Management: Facilitate offer negotiations and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
5% – Continuous Improvement: Evaluate recruitment processes and propose enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities & Skills Needed

  • Strategic Sourcing: Strong ability to source and attract candidates through various platforms and channels.
  • Interview Management: Proven skills in coordinating interviews, managing schedules, and ensuring a top-notch candidate experience.
  • Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication skills to liaise with hiring managers and understand their recruitment needs.
  • Offer Management: Experience in managing offer processes and facilitating negotiations.
