đź’°Starting Salary: $500 Per Week Gross (Performance-Based Pay Increases PLUS COMMISSIONS!)
We are a fast-growing truck driver recruiting & safety compliance agency looking for an on site truck driver recruiter who is outgoing, positive, fun, and smart. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves helping people daily and making an impact.
Experience in the transportation is a huge plus but even if you only have the recruiting experience in another field, if you’re motivated, coachable, and ready to take on this role, we’ll train you on everything you need to know!
What You’ll Be Doing:
âś… Recruiter Support & Training
- Post ads on company's job accounts
- Call drivers that apply and discuss position details
- Assist driver in finalizing their application & secure all needed documents
- Submit drivers to the safety department for approval
- Follow up and work with the driver until they are seated and rolled out on first dispatch

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multi-task and keep things running smoothly.
✔️ Technical & Experience Requirements:
- No formal driver recruiter experience necessary! We’ll train you on the trucking side of things.
- Must be comfortable using Microsoft Teams, Excel Online, Outlook, and OneDrive.
- Able to follow video tutorials and learn new tools quickly.
- Comfortable being on video calls and attending weekly team meetings.
