Graphic Design Specialist

The primary responsibilities for this role include designing marketing materials, developing basic video tutorials and instructional content, and supporting the team with creative ideas while maintaining brand consistency.

Responsibilities

    • Design engaging digital and print materials, including social media graphics, email templates, brochures, and presentations.
    • Create basic video tutorials and instructional content using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, or similar tools.
    • Ensure all designs align with branding guidelines, maintaining a consistent and professional visual identity.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative ideas for campaigns, advertisements, and promotional materials.
    • Support website and landing page designs with relevant graphics.
    • Edit and optimize images, icons, and other digital assets.
    • Stay updated on design trends and industry best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team.
    • Performs other duties as assigned. 

Requirements

    • 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or creative team setting
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.) and Canva.
    • Experience in creating basic video tutorials or instructional videos
    • Strong understanding of brand consistency and ability to adhere to branding guidelines.
    • Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
