Job Overview:

In this role, you will be responsible for designing visually compelling and high-impact email campaigns that align with our brand identity. You’ll collaborate closely with the marketing and creative teams, ensuring that all assets are optimized for responsive design across different devices and email clients. You’ll also play a key role in managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and contributing to strategic A/B testing to enhance engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design visually stunning and impactful email campaigns that align with brand guidelines.
  • Work closely with the marketing team and Internal Creative teams to understand project requirements and timelines.
  • Generate and optimize assets for responsive design across various devices and email clients.
  • Utilize Figma (and any other preferred tools) for graphic design tasks and Trello for project management.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, within a fast-paced environment.
  • Adhere to production schedules, ensuring all work is completed on time, especially during peak seasons like Black Friday/Cyber Monday.
  • Ability to suggest strategic A/B test for designs to understand user engagement and apply insights to future designs.
  • Ability to complete 20-30 emails a month
  • Perform relevant tasks as may be assigned

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in email design, preferably in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industries.
  • Proficiency in Figma (or similar tools) and knowledge of responsive design for various devices.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design improvements.

Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp) and basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
