GPT Analyst

Remote position within Argentina

RYZ Labs is seeking an innovative and tech-savvy GPT Analyst to join one of our clients, a global leader in building a cutting-edge digital sports platform. This role is critical in leveraging the capabilities of ChatGPT Enterprise to design, build, and deploy custom GPTs that address key business challenges across multiple functions. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, identify process improvements, and develop tailored GPT solutions that enhance productivity and decision-making.

Basic Qualifications: 
- Proven experience in building and managing custom GPTs within ChatGPT Enterprise or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of business processes and workflow optimization.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with a creative problem-solving approach.
- Experience with prompt engineering and fine-tuning large language models (LLMs).

Preferred Qualifications: 
- Background in business analysis, process improvement, or consulting.
- Familiarity with automation tools and technologies.
- Experience in change management and user adoption strategies for AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities: 
- Build, configure, and fine-tune GPTs within the ChatGPT Enterprise platform to meet business-specific requirements.
- Work directly with various business units (e.g., HR, Finance, Operations, Customer Support) to gather requirements, identify pain points, and design GPT solutions.
- Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify areas where GPT solutions can drive efficiency and innovation.
- Design prototypes, run user testing, and refine GPTs based on feedback to ensure usability and effectiveness.
- Provide training and guidance to end-users on how to leverage GPTs in their daily work.
- Develop and maintain documentation for GPT solutions, including use cases, best practices, and user guides.
- Stay up to date with advancements in GPT technology and identify opportunities to improve existing solutions.
