What We're Looking For

We are seeking a motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our real estate client in various administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and supporting our client's business initiatives. This role is to work full-time as a contractor with our client, located in the USA. This is a remote position. Note that you are applying to work with the United States. Therefore, all communications, including the CV, should be in English.

Responsibilities

  • Email Management: Oversee and manage the executive's email inbox, responding to or escalating messages as necessary.
  • Calendar Management: Organize and optimize the executive’s calendar, prioritizing meetings, appointments, and deadlines.
  • Scheduling: Schedule and manage meetings, including follow-ups and special engagements.
  • Data Entry: Accurately input and manage data for various projects and tasks.
  • Client and Vendor Communication: Maintain professional relationships and effectively communicate with clients and vendors.
  • Information Tracking: Assist in tracking down information and managing various inquiries.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle miscellaneous administrative duties such as bill payments and tracking company responsibilities.
  • Business Support: Assist with the executive’s business ventures, ensuring tasks are executed seamlessly.

Requirements

  • Experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, ideally supporting high-level executives.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills, with a capacity to work independently or within a team.
  • Impeccable English skills for copy and communication with teammates.
  • Experience with digital marketing, a related industry (real estate) is a appreciated but not a must.
