About the role

As a result of our incredible success and growth, we are looking for an Editor to join our wider Brand and Communications team. You'll be working in partnership with Customer Success, Social Media, CRM, Product, Growth and Design teams to drive success across our B2C channels!

In terms of day to day responsibilities, you will:

    • Curate and edit the content experience for millions of students who visit our digital platforms everyday to significantly increase their engagement. 
    • Drive and oversee daily content marketing initiatives 
    • Be responsible for how we launch new brands, promote product releases and share the best deals with students in creative and engaging ways
    • Own our campaign calendar of large, digital campaigns as well as small, frequent contextual moments that drive consistent engagement
    • Curate and brief the creation of video, visual, editorial and product content produced by internal teams to be used in content marketing on our app and website. 
    • Work with product to create the features required to support a content strategy that brings users back more frequently, and results in a positive and valuable experience
    • Helping to evolve the product to showcase your ideas and content creations
    • Use merchandising and performance data to optimise brand and offer performance

We’d really like to hear from you, if you have experience in the following:

    • Can lead and drive influence cross-functionally. This role must coordinate multiple teams, stakeholders and objectives together to achieve success. 
    • Someone with experience as a content marketer, using different types of content in different channels (website, app, socials, CRM)  to drive different goals or objectives
    • Analytical and a lover of data (ideally Looker).
    • Driving core engagement metrics (sessions, clickthroughs, transactions, affiliate revenue).
    • A user-first approach 
    • Experience working with Tech and Product teams
