As a Director of Engineering, you will lead engineering efforts to design and deliver scalable Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) and metadata-driven connector frameworks for data-centric use cases. This role is pivotal in driving innovation, operational excellence, and customer-centric outcomes for an advanced data ecosystem. You will oversee a distributed engineering organization, shaping its technical direction and fostering a high-performance engineering culture that delivers transformative solutions for global customers leveraging data-driven insights.

By leveraging metadata-driven automation and cutting-edge PaaS capabilities, you will redefine how businesses optimize data pipelines, ensure efficient integration, and unlock operational efficiencies through intelligent data solutions.Your leadership will have far-reaching impact, including:Developing next-generation data integration frameworks to support modern data management challenges.Addressing key challenges in the data connector ecosystem, such as high support volumes, integration gaps, and inefficiencies in managing data flows.Advancing platform capabilities to empower organizations to scale data solutions globally, leveraging low-code/no-code frameworks and metadata automation.

• Shape and deliver a comprehensive Connector Frameworks ecosystem, emphasizing scalability, automation, and enterprise-grade readiness for diverse data workflows.

• Define the technical strategy for metadata-driven data integration that ensures seamless interoperability across systems and reduces time-to-value for customers.

• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to craft and execute a multi-year engineering roadmap that aligns with broader business goals and product innovations.

• Team Leadership & Talent Development

• Lead a diverse, global engineering team, to deliver impactful solutions.

• Build a strong engineering leadership pipeline, providing mentorship and fostering a growth mindset within the organization.

• Champion diversity, inclusion, and equity to create a collaborative and innovative team culture.

• Operational Excellence

• Drive modernization efforts, ensuring platform reliability, scalability, and security, while meeting enterprise-grade performance standards.

• 15+ years of experience in data engineering, PaaS, or data-driven ecosystems.

• Proven ability to design and scale secure, enterprise-grade data platforms, including multi-cloud architectures and API-first design.

• Extensive experience leading large, distributed engineering teams, with demonstrated success in building scalable platform marketplaces and fostering high-performing teams.

• Strong track record in aligning technical strategies with overarching business objectives.
